Unfair Treatment: Amazon's Glitches Hindering Inventory Replenishment
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issue I am facing regarding inventory replenishment. (Case ID: 15009698471) "Error: This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfillment centers in the destination country capable of receiving the product."
Despite my repeated attempts and inquiries, the problem remains unresolved, significantly impacting our business operations. What exacerbates this situation is the apparent contradiction in Amazon's actions. On one hand, Amazon is significantly increasing seller costs, making it increasingly challenging for small businesses to thrive. On the other hand, critical functionalities like inventory replenishment are hindered by system glitches and errors. This disparity is deeply concerning and unfair. This is not the partnership and support we expect from a platform on which we rely so heavily to run our businesses.
It is disheartening to see the significant financial losses incurred while awaiting a resolution to this issue. Every day without the ability to replenish inventory is really bad for all of us who rely on Amazon's platform for livelihood.
I urge Amazon to take immediate action to address this issue and provide transparent communication and support to affected sellers. As a vital part of the Amazon ecosystem, sellers deserve fair treatment and support to thrive and succeed. It is my hope that Amazon will recognize the gravity of this situation and prioritize finding a swift resolution.

Hello @Seller_1tofwzYOFWQjx
I apologize for the delay in responding to your request.
This is an issue that has affected many sellers recently as certain ASINs and product categories have been blocked from being included in shipments.
Sellers in the below thread provided advice on how they were able to clear up the issue with Seller Support. Please take a look through the thread and check the suggestions offered.
The issue involved ASINs listed in the wrong GL category and needing Support input to correct that issue:
"A support associate was able to fix the problem by changing my category from gl_shoes to gl_apparel (we sell sunglasses). I sent him a list of all my ASINS and he did a bulk update while I was on a call with him. Like Sunglass_Monster_828 said, it is not something that can be fixed by the seller- you would have to request the change from seller support. "
