Did anyone else get selected for 2 months free Amazon Advertising program offered by Amazon through Sellergeni? How was your experience?

We received an email approximately 3 months ago stating we have been selected for 2 months free support for Amazon Advertising by SellerGeni. We enrolled for it hoping this will give us a push in sales assuming SellerGeni will manage all the campaigns.
We got an account manager assigned and the first month was terrible, the account manager was on leave for 3/4th of the month and there was no other Point of Contact. We gave them a budget of Rs 10,000/- for the first month and they barely used 40% of it plus the results were a disaster. On complaining, they assigned a new account manager who did a better job but only for a week or so and then it was just the same as before.
While my 2 month's trail was about to end, the MANAGER got on a call to sell their paid courses and was trying to convince that it would be beneficial for us. But since we were already frustrated with the services that were provided and with the unprofessional behaviour by not responding or handling the account well, we reviewed them on google with 1 star rating and the very next thing was that I got a call from them that they will manage it better and asked us to delete the review. We clearly mentioned that we will only do it once we receive a proper response and a strategy to move forward.
They clearly missed the deadline of sending the strategy by giving vague excuses like they are currently in low network zone and don't have access, etc. Later once we received the strategy, they gave us in writing that the performance would increase by 40% for which they need a daily budget of Rs 2,000/-. We agreed for it and it's been almost 3 weeks, there are no results, the allotted budget is not being utilised, the strategies that were promised are not followed and they do not respond.
The manager has all the time in the world to call and ask us to delete the review but is surprising extremely occupied when asked to do the work he is assigned for!
We had a terrible experience with SellerGeni and have wasted our time and energy behind these guys who are good for nothing.
