Service Provider Network Scam

Hello,

Does any one have experience dealing with the third party service "service provider network" that Amazon offers to sellers? The third party company I was working with did not deliver the A Plus content I paid for and I can not write a review. They took my money and I attempted to report the company to Amazon so they can be removed from the platform and not do this to other sellers. Has anyone had a bad experience using this service and if so how did you resolve it? Thank You
