incorrect seller fees and no response from support team

I am being charged incorrect seller fees from the beginning for all ASIN and on all Orders.It shows correct seller fees in the inventory but i am charged extra fees everytime i get an order.

I am losing money everyday with every order. I am not getting any help from the support team. We have spoken about this issue so many times. They just give us a same copy-paste reply every time "forwarded to internal team" . and then they close the case and i have to start again.

I am just fed up- one and a half months talking and mailing with no help.Last time when they spoke they said it will be resolved in 48 hrs but nothing, they just closed and merged the case with other ID. So, many times I have asked to speak with a senior or someone from a captive team but they dont forward. keep telling no senior available and they just cut the call.

I need a solution i am not getting any help from support.

Latest scam by amazon. After shipment pickup some of my orders shipping charges deducted from my seller account balance but order amount still not credited to my account balance which is 3500/-.

Think about most sellers processing lot of orders in a day, which they cannot manually check the order amount credited or not.

I also fed up with seller support - They just give us a same copy-paste reply every time "forwarded to internal team" .
