Account is at risk of deactivation due to review policy violation
I got my account blocked due to an Amazon policy violation. Amazon says and requests from me information about 3 party companies who provide prohibited services. I never used or paid to any 3 party companies. I do not understand how to submit this information to Amazon.
I submitted the appeal but do not understand how to answer some of the questions. I put all information true and to the best of my knowledge.
I found the following ASINs B0BZZGQ3VF,B0BZZGGSNZ,B0C156N7LH,B0BZZGS97N with reviews in my page of "Customer Reviews". I am unable to report, remove or do anything else from my side with these ASINs as Amazon says "You can't select the complete ASIN, because it's connected to you or your brand. I never created these listings, I never had these ASINs in my inventory and I never gave any permission to list any products under our brand. I do not understand how it happened and how to fix it from my side but as I understand these ASINs are involved in Amazon policy violation.

In order to better support you here, I do need further insight into the specific violation as it is unclear to me at this moment. Customer and product reviews violations can indicate a number of issues.
