Amazon KDP – Customer Reviews that are ‘Off–Topic'
If you’re a seller and you believe one of your customer’s “less than stellar” review is not under your purview, you can report it — if it’s considered “off-topic.”
Community guidelines state that the following customer review subjects are considered off-topic and can be disputed:
- sellers and the customer service they provide;
- ordering issues and returns;
- shipping packaging;
- product condition and damage;
- shipping cost and speed
If you receive a customer review that you feel violates community guidelines, click the Report Abuse button found next to the review or send an email to community-help@amazon.com. Please note that the results of the investigations cannot be disclosed for privacy reasons.
Negative reviews can affect your seller rank. Check the community guidelines for details if you feel one of your customer reviews are “off topic.”
