Rampant Misuse of Return Policy — Sellers Facing Unfair Losses

As a seller, we’ve observed a significant rise in customer returns, and unfortunately, many of them are not genuine. Increasingly, customers are misusing the return policy by sending back incorrect, incomplete, or even fake products. The pickup personnel rarely check the returned items at the time of collection, which leads to further issues.

Despite raising Safe-T-Claims, the reimbursement is minimal and does not even cover a fraction of the actual loss. The current system heavily favors the buyer, even in clear cases of fraud. This is becoming unsustainable for honest sellers.

We urge Amazon to take stricter action against such defaulting buyers and revise the return and reimbursement process to make it fair for sellers as well.

मुझे लगता हे सबसे बेस्ट ओपन बॉक्स डिलीवेएरी हे ।कस्टमर को डिलीवेएरी के टाइम में ही पूछ लेने का की अपने जो ऑर्डर किया हे वो ही आइटम मिला हे न कलर साइज सब परफेक्ट हे ना ।अगर सही नहीं हे इमेडियटं रिटर्न ओर रिटर्ने को जो समय हे उसे 3 घंटे कर देना चाहिए

I have a question: How many units are you selling per day, and what is your product? How many returns do you receive daily, and what are the common reasons for refunds?

This is absolutely true. In fact due to the EasyShip delivery mishandling we are facing a huge loss. Need to take N number of followups with them to take timely delivery as if they are least bothered and least motivated in their work.

Its becoming unsustainable now. Despite sharing unpacking video and all images. Safe-t-claims team keeps denying our justified claims. Frankly feel quite helpless and dont know how to go about it.

Despite mailing to senior management. Amazon has not reolved our justfied cases.
