New Seller Incentives (Prior to Brand Registry Activation)
Hi Amazon community manager,
Why do I have NO information in my new seller incentives?
I haven't received my $50 coupon and $50 sponsored Ads credits as a new FBA amazon seller.
My case ID: 15762680121 (Latest status: TRANSFERRED)
Would you mind explaining and escalating my situation ?
Since I just started selling in Amazon USA this year (2024)

Hi there @Seller_5781of5QFoo8a- and thanks for surfacing this here on the seller forums. I took a look through that case ID and do see it was transferred to the appropriate team for investigation.
Based on our help page for the New Seller Incentive Program, to receive the FBA and advertising benefits do need to send in a shipment via FBA and use Sponsored Products and Amazon coupons within 90 days of listing an offer. You can read more on this help page, but can you confirm if you've completed those necessary actions in order to qualify for receiving the benefits?
