The trademark text must match the brand name that you provide in your Brand Registry application. If there is any difference found then your application will be rejected.
I would advise reviewing the following help pages Amazon Brand Registry and Enrolment guidelines for accepted trademark offices to ensure you meet the criteria. When you have reviewed the information you can submit a new application through the following page https://brandregistry.amazon.in/brand/enrollment.

Take a screenshot of your logo from your trademark certificate and then upload. I faced the same problem, which was resolved by the way i just mentioned.
