Hey @Seller_Ehw92bKUZ8Aph, it's a little difficult to pinpoint what could be wrong without some more information, but this help page has a tool at the bottom where you can select "Fix issues adding a product" > "Product identifier related issue" for more assistance. Additionally, you can reference this help page for alternate methods to add your product identifier.
