Is there something wrong with PBI3? DHL can't deliver the shipment? ? ? ?

Shipping address: PBI3 - 7600 LTC Parkway 34986 - PORT SAINT LUCIE, FL - United States

The shipment arrived at a DHL outlet near the PBI3 warehouse on August 26, but DHL has not delivered it yet. Is there a problem with PBI3? Does anyone know?

I don't know for DHL, but deliveries from USPS are refused and returned to sender.

I have same problem with Fedex . It looks like something wrong with this warehouse

same here. My shipment just got returned using USPS. Says there was no one at reception.

This also happened at the warehouse in Pasco WA.

Does Amazon reimburse shipping for not having anyone available to receive shipments?

Exact same thing happened to me where it was rejected and then RTS'd through USPS. I ship from Australia to the US - so you can imagine how much I lost in postage and my stock is now doing a round the world trip at my expense.

Will Amazon look to compensate for this?

I did another shipment just the day before and it allocated me PBI3, I had to cancel and redo before they gave me another FC.

I have not had a shipment rejected but this warehouse "transferred" everything in my shipment on 8/31 and it is nowhere to be seen every since. There is nothing even on my inventory page indicating that it is being transferred. Support told me I had to wait 25 days then I opened a case and they change it to 60 days which is ridiculous.
