My product is listed but shipping is not visible.

Hello, my product with the number B0C8PB7HGR asin is listed but in the shipping section.

"This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location."

I get this error. Can you help me, I will send the cargo myself with UPS?

Do you try to order this product from your customer account? This is technically not possible. You cannot order your own product.

Or do you talk about sending inventory to Amazon?

Like @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACsaid, Amazon won't let you add your own product to your cart, so if you are getting that error message while logged into your account, that is probably the issue. When I pulled up the ASIN, there was an add-to-cart button for me.

Is the address you are using in the US? If you are set up on the .com site, the default for your shipping template is (or at least was for me) to ship only within the US; so if your delivery address is in Turkey, it will give the message you saw.

Also, are you really selling a "generic" light for $5000???? Perhaps there is a misunderstanding of currency exchange rates, or simply a typo, but that is way more than anyone is going to pay for a generic light.

Thanks for your comments, I tried the product not to buy it myself, but just to check if there is a purchase. It's ok for me if purchase is working now, thank you.

Hi @Seller_l3QbNPeIKMUuq,

Your fellow Sellers are correct. You cannot add your own product to the cart. If you are trying to understand if your product is available for sale, in the Inventory page it will show as active.

Best,

Dominic
