Hello everyone, I encountered a very difficult problem:
On the morning of the 17th, I was told that because my account was inactive, I needed to reactivate my account and submit identity documents.
The store was not deactivated at present, but I could not sell goods normally (although my account was not inactive, there were already goods on the shelves and advertising expenses).
Then I followed the email prompt and clicked the link, hoping to submit documents to prove my identity information. However, to my surprise, it only entered the account info page, and there was no button to submit documents or click to reactivate the account on this page. For this reason, I sought help from Amazon's customer service, but they were unable to help me solve this problem.

you can try clicking on the Amazon Australia link instead. It should still take you to the right place.
