How to update inventory quantity of multiple SKUs using SP API?

Greetings!
We are new to SP API. We would want to update quantity of multiple products(Merchant Fulfilled) using SP API. We checked in the API documentation as well as searched online. Some suggestions included Listings API and Feeds API. The Listings API can update one product at a time. Where as feeds API can do multiple products. However I am lost at how to use Feeds document in JSON format as I couldnt find examples.
Can anyone provide some examples?

As you mentioned, the Listings Items API accepts listings updates one at a time. For use-cases better suited to bulk uploads, the JSON_LISTINGS_FEED feed type may be used with the Selling Partner API for Feeds. This is the bulk equivalent of the Listings Items API, offering the same features and schemas provided by the Selling Partner API for Product Type Definitions.
