No one came to pickup the order

We have schedule the pickup for my Order ID: 171-4834567-9707523 on 25-09-2018 time slot between 10 to 1 but no one came to pickup… and got the mail from amazon that your order will be cancelled… please check the issue and resolve…

Hi All,

For last 5 days i am waiting for my pickup. But no pickup happen yet. my pickup date was 29/09/2018 but till today nothing happen i already sent mail to saller performance. Calling daily to support team but always getting silly excuses like i am exclating issue and pickup will happen. I am not expecting this kind of service from amazon.

same was happened with me, few order’s were auto cancelled and pick was done very late for other’s. Late Dispatch Rate crossed threshold of 4% and my account deactivated. This happened due to easyship pick issue and there is no fault from seller, order’s were ready as per schedule. I shared all the info on appeal and performance team is asking me to keep LDR below threshold. They are suppose to analyze the timestamp of order scheduled and when actually pick up. I dont understand, How seller is responsible if easy pick up were not picked up on time by amazon’s easy ship service?
