Amazon Health Call Me

Has anyone been able to get Amazon to call them recently?

I've received 4 violations from one of these brand ambassadors stating our products are counterfeited even though we buy from a approved wholesaler and when I try and get Amazon to call me the call keeps cancelling and I have to try again.

How can they run the risk of your business and not support you, very frustrating.

I tried repeatedly in December, but every time i was kicked off straight away, eventually spoke via their chat option, but i still believe that this was an AI as the answers it gave to my questions didn't feel right, in the end my problem wasn't solved, absolutely terrible company
