Amazon A+ content - Blurry images

I’m having trouble adding images to the Amazon A+ modules with the desired resolution. Despite uploading images at the recommended dimensions, they always appear blurry and pixelated. For example, when uploading my company logo, I tried resolutions of 600x180 px, 1200x360 px, and even 1800x540 px. Regardless of the size, the images consistently look pixelated.

I’ve searched forums for a solution, but it seems to be a common issue without a clear answer. What can I do to ensure my images appear sharp and professional?

Hi there @Seller_SxNI4BP85m0Me

One question I have before I escalate this, do the images have a PURE WHITE background? I have seen some sellers in the past experience similar issues and this was the cause.

We are having the exact same problem, including older A+ content that used to be clear, now showing up pixelated.
