Can't find report that shows selling fees and items sold
Where do I generate the report that has these headers:
date/time settlement id type order id sku description quantity marketplace fulfillment order city order state order postal tax collection model product sales product sales tax shipping credits shipping credits tax gift wrap credits giftwrap credits tax Regulatory Fee promotional rebates promotional rebates tax marketplace withheld tax selling fees fba fees other transaction fees other total
I last downloaded it a couple months ago and now I can't locate it.

Learn how to review selling and FBA fees using tools and reports on Seller Central, including the ‘SKU economics’ card, Payments Dashboard, Monthly Storage Fees report, Long-Term Storage Fee Charges report, Inventory Storage Overage Fees report, and fee-category guidelines. You can review all of this HERE.
Also the following is a repository full of useful tools in which to check your fees and fees paid throughout the year.
