Remove one day and two day shipping from template
We have recently gotten in trouble for a late shipping rate because we have one and two day shipping enabled in our shipping template. We have a 1-2 day handling time, so we cannot guarantee one or two day shipping.
I reached out to Amazon support but they are sending me a canned response that I am able to edit the shipping template automations to remove the one and two day shipping option. When I follow their instructions I am getting a grayed out check box to remove the option for two day shipping.
Has anyone figured out how to remove two day shipping from their shipping template?

Is this your own shipping template? You can change in shipping settings under your account.

Do not allow any sort of automation.
If you see that on any of your templates -- disallow it.
Check all templates.

Yes you can do this, but you need to disable your premium shipping if you are not able to ship overnight or next day. You can disable the premium option, then edit your shipping template.
