We are really frustrated with the Amazon team why Amazon not able to control its fake customers there customer order products and said the didnot received it and Amazon issue refund to them without our permission and when we are going to file the safety claim with proper documents and evidence there team does not even checked the evidence and just denied and send the same reply without even checking their own answer.

Example We share the receipt signed by the customer who received the product and your team said it's its not signed, have the team don't have eyes or lose their mind atleast give proper reply on WhatsApp what ground you reject the claim but no response.

Please look into this matter seriously.
