Amazon lost my items, no refunds
Hello everyone. I sent 1 box of product to Amazon via Fedex. Although my products are delivered to Amazon, the response to the case I opened says that there is no evidence of receipt of the products.
I received signed proof from Fedex that the shipment arrived at Amazon. However, the same things are repeated.
Can you help me? My items are lost on Amazon and I am requesting a refund to continue my business.
