Global accounts got linked causing the deactivation of the main account

Dears,

My USA account is got linked with my own global accounts leading to deactivation of my USA account. I am selling only in USA market don't know how the global accounts got activated. I have a few questions if someone can guide/help.

As per my understanding my account is linked with Australia or Japan amazon global account because Europe accounts are inactive. Am i right?? SS are attached below

How can i reactivate my global accounts??

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent impact to your account. I understand it is due to the global markets that you are registered in that have also been put into inactive status. I know this can frustrating as you do not recall having gone through the process of opening these markets, so I do want to provide support. Generally, when other markets are opened without full knowledge, it will be due to opting in to sell globally.

If the other markets are causing the impact to your US market, then this will be indicative that you need to complete the set up for them. I would advise on navigating towards the other markets to view the performance notifications. This should have the information you need to be able to address the impacts in all of the other markets. Once you have resolved the other issues, you can then refer back to the US and submit an appeal to get this market resolved. However, please be aware that if your other markets are still impacted, the attempt to appeal will be unsuccessful.

I do encourage you to follow up on this thread if you do have any other questions or updates that you would like to share.

Best,

Atlas

Facing the same issue.

After four years of selling, I realized that I had another account that was automatically created when I first opened my Seller Central account.

My Amazon UK account was deactivated because I didn’t provide documentation for Amazon Payments verification.

The day after my UK account was deactivated, my Amazon US account was also suspended.

I’m trying to sort everything out and have submitted an appeal with all the requested documents to Amazon UK, but I haven’t received any response yet.

Did you manage to solve this issue? Hope so! 😊Wishing everyone a great day! ❤️
