Average Contact Response Time is wrong in Feedback Manager
The Average Contact Response Time is wrong in the Feedback Manager if we are reading this correctly.

If this means we are taking an average of 80.04 hours to respond, that is definitely wrong. We respond daily to any messages we may get and are always under 24 hours. Are we reading this correctly????
So our guess is it is not calculating "No Response" times correctly, even if we click no response under 24 hours.

You should check for Response Needed and also mark the conversations as resolved, once the action is taken upon them.
