Chat support no help

the associate i was talking to abruptly ended the chat and i was unable to restart a session. I wasnt even done communicating with them. This isnt the first time this has happened. What am I paying $40 a month for? To be hung up on?

And the rep just kept copying and pasting Q&A forum answers instead of actually looking into things. The most they did was keep giving me links to my sold item breakdown. Im frustrated to the point im thinking of closing my store here.
