CAN'T CREATE A NEW BRAND REGISTRY APPLICATION !!! Amazon seller support center didn't help me

Created a brand registry case ID 14980331901

Realized I forgot to attach some documents. Closed the case. Can't open a new one because it still "pending review"

Please help to decline my existing application so I can create a new one

Amazon seller help center didn't help me. They suggested to open my case log and answer. There is no answer option in my case log @Dougal_Amazon
