Hi, we have a client that has set up transparency, and the are now using an official 3rd part printer to edit their labels (size etc)

Whilst trying to order labels from the (official) 3rd party they are being asked for "Transparency Brand ID" but no one seems to be able to tell them what this is (not even their "Transparancy Manager")

It looks like (see attached images) that this is 5 character code, starting with “TPXXX” but no one has ever heard of this, nor have has a clue where this is on the transparency portal!

Can anyone help/advise please?
