Item never returned! Provided both prepaid label and US return address! AZ granted:(
Hello,
Order ID: 113-6654301-1325068
We are International seller and the buyer requested to return an item. We provided prepaid label in timely manner. Nothing was returned. Later the buyer contacted us and asked for a new label because something was wrong. We replied that the buyer can also return to US return address as per Amazon return policy.
Amazon sent us an email asking to provide the buyer with return instructions on December 28, 2024 and we did reply the same day and responded to Amazon "[Seller correspondence]: Prepaid return label updated with valid tracking ID. Alternative US return address: ###"
Nothing happened, nothing was returned, but Amazon granted AZ and we also got defect for this trasaction. The buyer never replied and we still havent got the item back.
