@Sakura_Amazon_@Noor_Amazon_ What is the problem with your pickup boy and ATS team? They never come to pick up the orders!
First, they didn’t collect 2 orders — those got cancelled.
Then they didn’t take 3 orders — cancelled again.
On 27/06/25, they skipped 1 more order.
And today, 28/06/25, I have 4 orders waiting — will they come or not?
If your pickup team can’t even collect the orders, then just shut down Easyship completely. We sellers work hard to bring in orders, and your pickup boy doesn’t even bother to show up.
I need an answer for this — not excuses.

I am sorry this impacted your business operations. Please fill out this form if an Easy Ship pick-up was not attempted by 6 p.m. on the scheduled date. This action will ensure that our Easy ship teams investigates the incident, and we will try to pick up the order during the next available slot.
Additionally, we will reverse any metrics that were affected due to a pick-up miss, if applicable.
