Hello everyone!I need some help in registration process!
I have completed the entire registration process and provided all necessary documents for its successful completion. However, after activating my account, I received an email stating that my account has been deactivated and additional documents are required for verification.
To reactivate my account, I need to confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:
-A business license, if applicable
-A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service.
However, I am currently under temporary protection of the country from which I registered and provided the bank account information, while the credit card belongs to my country of citizenship.
I do not have any of the requested documents in my name, except for a document confirming my residency in the country of temporary protection.
Would providing this document be sufficient for unlocking my account, or do I need to strictly provide what is requested?
Surely many have faced a similar situation. I would appreciate feedback on how to resolve this issue.
Thank you in advance

No, that doesn't match. All your information has to match exactly. Try to get a credit card from the bank you put your "bank account information". In SOME cases, Amazon also accepts a debit card.
As utility bill you can provide an invoice of a mobile phone provider. Make a cheap monthly subscription. On all the documents name and address have to match exactly.
Amazon will ask you also a tax identification. If you don't have such, go ask information about how to do that. Each country has other obligations, because when selling on Amazon you are a Sole Proprietor now and have to file taxes.
