New to Amazon FBA - Seeking Guidance on Shipment Status
Hello Amazon Sellers,
I hope you're all doing great. I'm Oshadha, and I recently embarked on my Amazon FBA journey. I used Aramex for my first shipment, and although their tracking indicates successful delivery to the Amazon warehouse on November 8, 2023, the Amazon seller portal hasn't reflected this change.
As a newcomer to Amazon FBA, I'm unsure about what to expect in terms of the portal updating and how I should navigate this situation. If any seasoned sellers or those who have been through a similar experience could share insights on the typical timeline for Amazon status updates or any advice on moving forward, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you all for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Craftperk.

Welcome to the forums. I would strongly urge you to go through Amazon's Seller University
sell.amazon.com/learn
and to spend days reading the forums. Here you will find much valuable information on how Amazon actually works and what to expect when things go "wrong".
We do not rely on FBA shipment delivery status on SellerCentral. It's not in real time. Also, if your shipment was delivered yesterday it's probably going to take some time to get checked in and on the shelves. Expect 1 week to 2 months. Yes, really.

Greetings @Seller_DRyQckHdqv6gi,
Thank you for taking the time to post, and welcome to the forums! I echo what the previous commenter had mentioned in that there are many resources out there that will be a great benefit as you begin your selling journey - Seller University being maybe one of the best.
FBA shipments can have a wide range of receiving times for a variety of reasons (FC specific issues, weather, time of year, overall volume, etc), and the length of time you are describing aligns with some of the other reports I've read from sellers this time of year (with some shipments taking 4-6 weeks). My recommendation would be to remain patient, and continuously monitor the status of the shipment itself within Seller Central.
If you have additional questions, feel free to ask! Best of luck to you.
