shipment arrived at ont8, but not check in and receive

Our shipment have arrived at ont8 warehouse on oct 19, but 20 days have passed, the shipment still not be checked in and received, has any one meet the same problem recently ? we have opened a case and provided POD, but still cannot confirm the status of the shipment. we are just worried about the shipment lost after waiting such a long time. How should we do now ?

However, this time of year, there are frequently delays as the fulfillment centers receive a large volume of shipments at once.
