my listing is showing as currently unavilable on the buyer portal

Amazon seller support is it help the seller or to harass the seller ? because iam so worried ,what should I say ? my top selling product Asin { B0CK5RF1G6} it is showing as currently unavilable on amaozn seller portal since last 7 days i contacted seller support When I talk to him on call, he says something else and then says how we are forwarding it to the internal team and the reply from the internal team comes. Then I get so angry that what should I do?Last time when I contacted them, the reply from the internal team was that we need additional information in this. Otherwise we are closing your case.Whereas I have already given them all the information and in this matter I have no information to give to them because there is some problem with this baked in due to which it started becoming Currently Unavailable.Then when I contacted them with another ID, they are telling me that your weight and dimension are wrong.And then when I contacted them through the third ID, they told me that you have charged high shipping charges.While I have not seen any extra shipping charges on any such.I don't understand at all why Amazon is doing this with the sellers?
