💔 My worst experience as an Amazon India seller 💔
I started selling my product on Amazon in August 2024. At first, everything seemed fine — sales were coming in and I was hopeful. But from November 2024, things took a turn.
Suddenly, money started getting deducted from my seller account. I had no clue why. After digging in and speaking to seller support, I found out it was due to "wrong weight and measurements" — even though everything was correct on my end. The total amount deducted is Rs. 88317, and reimbursement is only Rs. 46644
They asked me to fill out a clawback dispute form, which I did. But I didn’t know I had to keep the Response ID. I thought it would come via email — it didn’t. After a month of no reply, I called again and was told to resubmit the form. Case ID 10772251772, Case ID 10773766392, Case ID 10773206492, Case ID 10861473222, Case ID 10961893202.

Feb-25 R_9LwrXs4qTpEzU6R 15-05-2025 Accepted but not full amount reimbursement.
Long story short:
➡️ I submitted the form multiple times
➡️ Was told the images were wrong (they weren’t)
➡️ Resubmitted again and again
➡️ Still got money deducted — 6 times in total!
In May 2025, only 3 out of 6 dispute forms were accepted (for October 2024, January 2025, and February 2025), but even those weren’t fully reimbursed. And now they’re rejecting my claims for November, December, and September, saying "you missed the 45-day window" — even though I contacted support and submitted forms within that period every time.
This whole process has been frustrating, confusing, and honestly feels unfair to small sellers like us. 😞
Amazon, please do better for your sellers.
