Missing item from a shipment
In a bit of a pickle. One of my items from a shipment is missing. Amazon have 'done' their investigation and are not willing to reimburse me. They are saying the items were counted and the missing item wasn't sent.
Now the fun part. UPS have confirmed the weight of the parcel was 10kg. Amazon have confirmed the weight of the parcel when it was received was 7kg. Clearly something happened between UPS and Amazon. The missing item is around 3kg.
I have provided all the proof but again, just going in circles and they are not willing to reimburse me. I have also email the managing director team and they have been useless too!
Any idea where to go from here? It's a fairly expensive item!
