Can i use a invoice from a specific brand shop on Amazon?
Ex: Sold by brand name Shipped by Amazon
Or does it have to be sold and shipped by amazon?

Amazon does not provide invoices. They provide receipts. Doesn't matter if it's "Sold by Amazon" or from a 3rd party seller.
Additionally, buying from Amazon to sell on Amazon is a losing proposition. And if you use your Prime account for it, you risk losing not only your selling account, but your Prime perks as well.
You need to source properly, from real wholesale suppliers; and in many cases, have permission from THE BRAND to sell on Amazon. Quick tip: If you are not asked to show your business/resell license to make a purchase, then it is NOT a legitimate wholesale purchase (note this is only a filter; showing your license does not ensure that the wholeseller is authorized, or that you will be authorized to sell on Amazon)

I am going to interpret your question a different way.
Your listings, if you ship items yourself, will say Sold by (your store name) and Shipped by (your store name).
If you send items to FBA then the lilsting reads Sold by (your name) and Shipped by Amazon.
