As per the Amazon On time delivery metrics we have to maintain on time delivery above 97%.
My primary courier partner is Delhivery and I have opted Self Ship.
Despite my best effort my ontime delivery percentage is roaming around 95%.

Will it impact my Account health (Though amazon has mentioned that there is no penalty for this at this time)
Can anyone suggest me the ways to improve these metrics?
Should I change my primary courier partner? But i have observed that others have very less coverage.
