This associate said that he could not investigate why I can only receive 2 OTP message per day because this violate AMAZON's policy
However, when I request him the reason why, he could not explain and can not sen any link from AMAZON that state OTP is agaisnt AMAZON's policy. And he keep bringing different stuff to advoid this on purpose, then blamed the phone provider for this. however, i still able to received OTP message from AMAZON twice a day.
This associate then irresponsible leave the case without solving the problem, and can not event explain why this go against AMAZON's Policy
Question: Can Amazon please ensure that this type of aggressive and unhelpful interaction does not occur again in my chats? I would prefer not to engage with individuals who display irresponsible behavior.
