Package is lost and it will not be delivered || Amazon-Bluedart Integration Failure || Self Ship Orders
Dear All,
I fulfilled amazon orders through BLUEDART carrier partner, but from last 20 days I am facing big issue that when customer track their package on Amazon then he see "package is lost and It will not be delivered", but actually packet not lost, but customer takes refund from an amazon through this message, this is happening to all orders which I shipped through BLUEDART, any other seller facing this issue.
I request to Amazon kindly look into this issue on priority as It hampers my business a lot, no resolution provided on the tickets which I raised in seller central.

Strange...Never faced this issue...I have shipped a lot of packages via Bluedart.I do see "Verifying tracking details" even when the package is delivered but it gets updated in a day...As long as the tracking numbers are entered properly, there shouldn't be any issue. .
