REGARDING BRAND REGISTRY REJECTED
I applied for a brand registry but it was rejected 5 times. as per amazon rejection reason is (We were unable to identify proof of your brand entity based on the documents provided). I have checked twice from trademark authority they said i can use my TM and process with brand registry. Please look into the matter

is it a pending trademark? it can be due to the image you provided as proof, maybe the brand name is photoshopped. You can provide real-world image with the band name or logo as it is in the tm document and submit
