Setting shipping to free with an individual account
When setting the price for my listings the intention is to always include a shipping amount - therefore the shipping should be listed as free. The box "fulfilled by merchant" is always checked but some listings say free shipping and some say $3.99. How to have all listings say "free shipping."

To set your listings to free shipping or any other amount you want, you have to have the Professional Seller plan, you can't do it with an Individual plan.
