The complaint about Amazon inbound shipments
I created multi-destination shipments, typically splitting them into five shipments.
After shipping, within a week, a portion of one shipment might be checked in. After verification, this is definitely an issue with Amazon's fulfillment center. I checked the tracking number, and the goods have not yet been delivered. Additionally, my goods are shipped from China to the U.S., and sea transport takes at least 20 days, so it's unlikely that the items would be shipped to Amazon fulfillment center.
This situation leads to the other four shipments being marked as 'Deleted and abandoned shipments.'
I have opened dispute investigations, but they are ultimately rejected.
I have also initiated investigations on incorrectly checked-in shipments, where I received additional items, but these investigations also yield no results.
