Seller Support Email Help Desk Is not helping me
I have been trying to get an issue resolved with my listings for over a month. I started by emailing Seller Support and I got the same auto generated reply repeatedly. No matter how many times I responded, it was the same auto reply. Then I started to call and when I talk to a support person, s/he understands exactly what's wrong, but then says they will send my case to the central team to follow up via email. I end up getting the same auto reply every time. 2 days ago, I called and asked the support person if I was going to get the same auto reply after he forwarded my case, and he said I shouldn't. However, I did. I have listings have been inactive for over a month and despite many attempts, I have gotten no help.
Can anyone at Amazon help me?

Michelle at Amazon here. I have found a case where you are trying to get your listing reinstated, however, the ASIN still has claims that need to be removed. Please review your entire ASIN and remove all claims from the entire detail page as the listing will not be reinstated until the claims have been fully removed. Ensure that you do this with a category specific file and update all attributes. If you have issues, please contact Seller Support with the batch ID so they can review why it didn't go through.
