Counterfeit Books
I am reaching out to report a serious issue with counterfeit copies of my book being sold by multiple sellers. These sellers are miscategorizing the book on purpose under unrelated categories, such as "boogie boards" and "ice makers," while using my title and images.
Despite holding copyright for my book, my attempts to file complaints have been automatically rejected. The only solution I've found is to purchase the counterfeit books in order to submit a claim, but even that process has been challenging.
Most of the sellers are from China. What can I do? A simple amazon search will bring you at least 100 results of my book copied identically or with changes to the cover.
I have filed for a trademark in the US but it's still pending.
