About wrong weight handling charges
We have been charged wrong weight handling charges, as our product dimensions and weight both show below 500gms but never giving satisfactory reply. we also shared the images of the product. Our 3ASINS were highly charged under 3-4kg weight.
1. Length-7.5cm Width-7.5cm Height-7.6cm . Product Weight-145gms Total weight is- 168gms.
2. Length-15.5cm Width-7.5cm Height-7.6cm . Product Weight-295gms Total weight is- 359ms.
3. Length-15.5cm Width-7.5cm Height-7.6cm . Product Weight-312gms Total weight is- 378gms.
Many time photos and all were uploaded still not getting solution. I have charged 42000rs extra just for 2 months, if not solved Amazon will charge in future also.

Could you clarify the context ? Are you speaking about the storage fees while using FBA ?

Every seller faceing same problems even provides all dimestion details and product wait but did not updated.

Schedule the order using an Excel file. You will be able to enter the actual weight in it, for example, if the weight is 200 grams, you can input 200 grams exactly. The amazon will also accept the value. but don't enter wrong wait.

I BELIEVE THAT -If the height of your package is less than 5 cm, there will be a minimum charge.

i have the same problem I put my product in Amazon amazon fba blr and hyd I have removed all the products from fba and now I have shared all the images still they ask please share open box image please share this that the only thing is delete the asin which are been charged wrong and recreate new listing in that same parent I know all your star and ratings will go but this is the only solution possible as Amazon will keep charging you on that asin again and again

Another level of cheating is happing on Amazon platform in the name of weight and dimension Audit. We were charged shipping cost Rs 313.88 for a product cost of Rs 499. The weight of the product is less than 500 gms of which wrong weight of 6 kg was charged. When we raised issue for this claw back with all image proof, Amazon silently closes the case without any reply or justification. They are simply doing cheating with small sellers to increase their profits.
We somehow caught this false practice by Amazon otherwise we will never be able to know these deductions in the name of "other" in our account.
No resolution yet after raising many tickets as they are not willing to give our hard-earned money back. Sadly, to say Amazon is becoming unreliable day by day.
