No phone option for seller support!!!!
When we contact Amazon we can choose Email, Phone or Chat.
Initially the Call Back option was showing but it didn't work very well as calls kept getting dropped. Then a few months ago the call back button completely dissappeared. I am seeing others have experienced this as well.
Numerous support cases and calls to the Health support line and NOBODY is doing anything to help resolve this.
It's difficult enough just to get proper support but without the call back option we spend hours upon hours replying to answers that seldom address our questions.
I posted this in the Account Health area because there are no better options.

Thank you for posting your concerns with trying to get support.

We in this space have very limited visibility into your account, thus I would ask what concerns you were trying to address? Was the account or a listing deactivated? Was there another situation where the account is at risk?
If you have received a policy warning or deactivation notice, I ask that you provide that here along with any related cases and ASIN so I can look further into your situation.
