The metric "x bought in past month" suddenly disappeared

One of my ASINs suddenly stopped showing the metric “x bought in past month”, is anyone experiencing the same issue?

The sales have been steady for several months so it’s not because of lack of sales.

I contacted Amazon Seller support and they don’t know what could cause that and did a listing refresh to try to resolve the issue but nothing changed. The metric is still missing for that particular ASIN.

I just wanted to check in on this thread and see if you saw the updated metric based on the guidance provided to you by Selling Partner Support on your recent case on June 11th, 2024:

"As per the previous response, the hard refresh was performed for the ASIN on June 9, 2024. This process requires five business days to be complete and changes to reflect. I suggest you to kindly allow this time."

Feel free to follow up with Selling Partner Support or us on this thread if you do not see any updated metric for the ASIN in question by Tuesday June 18, 2024. Have a great weekend and take care.

I'm having the same problem, it happened once before and recovered shortly after. This time it has come up again and I'm going to wait 1-2 days before I open a case and ask for help. I would love to understand what causes it?
