Facing the worst because of Easy Ship pickup issue and the pickup agent.
I'm relatively a new seller selling handmade products. I put my heart and soul into each single order only for the order to get cancelled because of the easy ship pickup agent. He won't attend my calls, won't return my return orders, asks me to give my orders to some other store. I've raised a complaint against him by filing the delivery agent misbehavior form but no action has been taken regarding this. It's not just him. The ATS in my area is the worst. It's like they have mood swings and decides not to pickup any orders today.
I'm a woman and I'm running the business single handedly. Should I spend a lot of my time and energy just to get my orders picked up or should I be working on creating new products? Why would I spend a lot of shipping cost on Easy ship if my orders are not getting picked up by my door? He literally crosses my area every single day but decides to not pick my order! Where is this audacity coming from? This is Amazon, for God's sake. Not some third rated e-commerce site.
The seller support has a pre-programmed answer for this, "We'll reimburse the cancellation charges" But would you reimburse the advertisement cost we are paying to receive the orders? Would you reimburse for all the account violations and search suppressions? Would you reimburse for the packaging we put so much effort into? Would you reimburse for the time and effort we put into our products? At least show some tiny bit of respect for what is going on behind the scenes of every order.
I've started my journey on other e-commerce sites as well without so much hassle from the logistics service. What is even Amazon doing?
