Unable to find "Repay Balance" button on negative account
Hello,
In an attempting to validate my seller status with amazon I first need to pay prior dues. I've received these instructions:
1. Go to Seller Central:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/payments/dashboard/index.html
2. From the main drop-down menu, select "Reports."
3. Click "Payments."
4. On the page that opens, click "Repay Balance" and enter your details to complete the repayment.
As you can see there is no "Payments" tab in my view. Can anyone confirm a difference?

Here you ARE in the "Payments" tab. Your total balance is zero, you don't owe nothing. Probably for that reason you don't see a "Repay Balance" button. Btw I have never heard of such a button. If a seller owes something, Amazon is charging the card if there is no positive balance.

Hi @VvivaciousLLC,
Thank you for your post and screenshots you have shared. Based off your issue description, I see you are needing to pay a negative balance.
By going to the actual "Payments" option from the drop down menu you have shown in your screenshot, you will be able to access the Payments dashboard. From there, if there is a "Repay Balance" button to pay the negative balance. If said balance has been present for a long period of time, the button may not be available.
You most likely received a performance notification stating the dollar amount needing to paid. In their post, @Brigitte refers to a potential workaround to the payment button issue. You will need to ensure you have a valid credit card on file and assigned to the marketplace in which you have the negative balance. Other options to pay the balance would be either a wire transfer or a check. You can find further information on how to accomplish this here.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy
