JB HunT has not picked up in 9 days. Still no ETA
Hey all,
We are currently facing a huge delay which will affect our inventory and sales since JB Hunt has rescheduled now for the third time without giving us a pickup date. Its been 9 days since they were first scheduled for pickup. They are basically holding our load hostage since they do not want to release it for some other carrier to pick up, but they also fail to pickup every time.
Any advices on this?

We deal with this like weekly, let me help. Email your shipment ID and ARN to the following email addresses and express to them that this needs to be picked up immediately. State that this is missed, require immediate pick up within 24hr or have it retendered to another carrier.
Since you can't call carrier central anymore, these will get looked at immediately and don't bother opening cases, no one reads them.

did you file a case with amazon, they will give it to the next shipping company, JB HUNT and CENTRAL always do that to us in san diego as well
