Listings deactivated due to potential pricing error

We get daily emails with this title, listing anywhere from 1 to 20 of our products at a time. Problem is, none of them have our actual pricing, they all show pricing much higher than ours. When I go the listings they show the correct pricing, that the listings are active in inventory, and the page opens on Amazon with us a seller with no problem.

I opened a case with Amazon last week about it and was told not to worry about it. But the emails continue. I can't risk a listing actually getting deactivated with no action, so I have to check every product, on every email, every time. I have 3 emails from last night alone that I will have to check each listing, again, to make sure they're active.

Has anyone else had this happen? I'm just trying to find a solution so that I don't have to waste time everyday on this.

Would you be able to share more regarding the case that you opened? Are the listings showing on the account health page as violations? If you have any other details relevant to the situation, please provide them to this thread so we may gain a better understanding.
